Tooele-based Magnus Racing wins GT class at Daytona

Daytona Beach, Fla. ? Magnus Racing, which is based at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, won the GT class Sunday in the 50th Grand-Am Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona.
The No. 44 Magnus Porsche 911, co-driven by team owner John Potter, Andy Lally, Richard Lietz and Rene Rast, completed 727 laps of the 3.56-mile course at Daytona International Speedway.
Victory came after a prolonged, head-to-head battle with the TRG and Brumos Porsche teams.
