Busch wins Bristol for 50th Nationwide victory
BRISTOL, Tenn. (AP) ? Kyle Busch edged teammate Joey Logano at the Bristol Motor Speedway finish line Friday night to become the all-time winningest driver in Nationwide Series.
The win was the 50th of Busch's career in NASCAR's second-tier series and broke a tie the 26-year-old had with Mark Martin.

NASCAR fines Jerry Baxter $5,000 for pulling hair
CHARLOTTE, N.C. ? (AP) ? NASCAR has fined crew chief Jerry Baxter $5,000 for pulling Steve Wallace's hair after the race at Montreal.
Baxter reached into Wallace's car and pulled the driver's hair as Wallace drove down pit road following the Nationwide Series race on Saturday.

Bonneville Salt Flats ? Two years ago, Great Britain native and Switzerland resident Rick Pearson came to Speed Week with his father-in-law as a tourist.
As he stood near the starting line, a race official from the Southern California Timing Association, which sponsors the annual event, handed him a rule book.
?I don?t need it,? Pearson recalled saying.
?I see salt in your eyes,? the official replied. ?Put it in your bag. I bet you reach for it on the plane.?
The official read Pearson correctly....

LOUDON, N.H. (AP) ? The first time Dario Franchitti won the pole position this year, he also won the race and climbed into a first-place tie in the IndyCar Series standings.
He captured the pole for a second time Saturday but he's already way out in front in total points.
Franchitti can add to his 63-point lead over Will Power on Sunday in te 225-mile race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, a relatively flat one-mile oval like the one at the Milwaukee Mile where the Scot's victory two months ago tied him with Power for the top spot.
But Franchitti, who won the IndyCar series the past two years, downplayed the similarities between the two tracks.

Tooele ? A new off-road race is coming to Utah.
The Robby Gordon SPEED Energy Desert Challenge is Sept. 29-Oct. 2 over a course currently under construction on a 900-acre site just east of Miller Motorsports Park.
At a Tuesday morning news conference, officials from Mi7 Events said 150 teams from the United States, Canada and Mexico will participate in six different classes.
Gordon, who made his name in NASCAR, will be among the competitors.

Keselowski wins Kroger 200
CLERMONT, Ind. (AP) ? Everything had to go right for Brad Keselowski to chase down Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
Keselowski stayed close to the leaders all night and then got the luck he needed when a late accident tightened the field and he ran strong on the two green-white-checkered laps at the end to win the NASCAR Nationwide Series Kroger 200 on Saturday night.
After the field endured a series of problems in the late laps, Elliott Sadler crashed out in lap 198 while battling Keselowski and Stenhouse for the lead, bringing out another caution and setting up the shootout to the finish.
That played to Keselowski's strength.
